Ivan Bautista was born in Oaxaca, Mexico in 1987. He earned his bachelor of fine arts degree from Benito Juarez Autonomous University of Oaxaca (UABJO) in 2010. Since then, he has had solo exhibitions in Mexico, and participated in many prestigious International exhibitions in Australia, France, Nicaragua, New Zealand, Sweden, Finland, South Africa, Serbia, Canada, and Taiwan. Currently, he lives in Oaxaca city and is part of the Burro Press Engraving workshop.
