Refund policy
We want you to be delighted with your gift or purchase from the Chrysler Museum Shop. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your gift or purchase, please follow the instructions below to initiate your return. We will be happy to facilitate a refund or exchange for you within 30 days of the original purchase with an order number or receipt, or offer you a store credit if it's been longer than 30 days or if there is no order number or receipt. Returned items must be in original packaging, and unused. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Products that cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged include:
- Face Masks and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Clearance Items
- Sample Sale items
- Trunk Sale/Vendor Popup Market items
- Gift Cards
- Edible Products
Submit a return request
In the unlikely event that your order is fulfilled incorrectly (ie, we send the wrong item such as an incorrect size t-shirt), please click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
