Über DAR Chocolate Art Bars

DAR Chocolate wurde 2019 von Joel Dar und Gila Kaplan Dar gegründet und hat seinen Sitz in Colorado.

Joel arbeitete 25 Jahre lang in Film- und Fernsehproduktionen. Er lebte in vielen verschiedenen Ländern und erforschte Kultur, Kunst und Handwerk. Als begnadeter Fotograf sucht er überall nach Schönheit und fängt sie mit seiner Kamera ein. Während seiner Zeit in Costa Rica erlernte Joel das Schokoladenhandwerk.

Gila begann ihre berufliche Laufbahn als Illustratorin und Grafikdesignerin. Viele Jahre arbeitete sie in redaktionellen Illustrationen für alle großen Zeitungen und Zeitschriften in Israel.
