We want you to be delighted with your gift or purchase from the Chrysler Museum Shop. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your gift or purchase, please contact us. We will be happy to facilitate a refund or exchange for you within 30 days of the original purchase with an order number or receipt, or offer you a store credit if it's been longer than 30 days or if there is no order number or receipt.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Products that cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged include:
- Face Masks and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) unless original packaging is unopened
- Clearance Items
- Sample Sale
- Trunk Sale
- Gift Cards
- Edible Products
To return an item for exchange, refund, or credit, please pack it securely for transport and bring or ship the item postage paid to the Museum at the address below. Please include your name and address or contact information, and receipt or order number.

We may issue a refund to your method of payment if you place an order online for pickup in the Museum Store and do not pick it up within 30 days. We will attempt to contact you about your order up to 4 times before we process the refund and cancel your order.
We may (only upon request, and at the discretion of the Store Manager) keep an item "on hold" for a customer for a limited amount of time (up to one week). If at the end of the hold period, you have not purchased the item, it will be returned to inventory and made available to sell. Holds are not available the week before a sale begins, or during the sale.
