This eye-catching Braid Dragonfly Embroidered Brooch is adorned with brilliantly colored sequins, glass beads and metallic thread to create a shimmering effect. Ideal for adding a unique touch to any outfit, this brooch will sparkle and shine in style.
Speedy movers, dragonflies enchant with their multifaceted eyes, elongated bodies and with wings that sparkle with the rays of light. Even though they are believed to be one of the oldest creatures, they still hold an element of mystery and intrigue, symbolizing both happiness and malevolence.
Inhabitants of two realms—water and air, dragonflies have fluttered through the world for almost 300 million years. Energetic and poised in the summer warmth, their colors reflect and refract the light; maybe that’s why they’re connected to the breathers of fire, the mighty dragons.

About Trovelore
Trovelore is an embroidery atelier specialising in the use of needlework and mixed materials to craft a line of hand embellished Jewelry. Based in Arizona (USA), and New Delhi (India), Trovelore pins are delicately embroidered by hand. The precise choice of materials, colors and techniques create organic textures that give a precious life-like quality to the pins.

Fair Trade Practices
Our artisans work in a comfortable work space and receive the benefits of social security and healthcare. All our artisans take home double the minimum stipulated wage and in some cases about three times the national level.
Additionally, a contribution is made to their retirement benefit fund with the intent to provide them with a secure future and a fulfilling life.
Trovelore's registered partner workshop is based in the New Delhi, Capital Region of India. The number of artisans employed by the workshop exceeds ten, thus by law all registered establishments need to be compliant, engaging in fair trade practices providing artisans above the age of 18 years with a safe environment, paid at least minimum wage, social security welfare, and healthcare benefits.
