Kemi Adeyemi is an Associate Professor of Gender, Women and Sexuality Studies and Director of The Black Embodiments Studio at the University of Washington. She co-edited Queer Nightlife (University of Michigan Press, 2021). Her latest book, Feels Right: Black Queer Women and the Politics of Partying in Chicago was published by Duke University Press in 2022.
