These round cutting boards are great for serving pizza, or for use as a trivet. Hand-made in Kalona, Iowa by a family-owned woodworking company now in its sixth generation of craftspeople. Each board is half an inch thick, and comes with a thumb-hole for serving or hanging the board when not in use. Wood species and patterns vary, and each board is unique.

About the Maker

JK Creative Wood

Joel and Karma Brokaw began their family business in 1981. Five of their seven children—all J and K names— are involved in the business, and represent the sixth generation of woodworkers in the family. Karma's great-great-grandfather Josiah Countryman (1830-1914) was the first woodworker of the family.

Based in Kalona, Iowa, JK Creative Wood has been creating unique American handcrafted wood items for over 40 years. The Chrysler Museum Shop is pleased to bring their unique creations to the Hampton Roads area.
