The Cedar Waxwing is stunning, sporting a black mask and a silky smooth look from which it gets its name. Found in Southern Canada and Northern America in summer and Southern North America to Middle America in winter, Waxwings travel in flocks and eat berries and fruit. Ideal for birding enthusiasts and nature admirers, they're hand-felted from natural merino wool and have a string loop and info card with name and barcode. Artisans in a fair trade Kathmandu production center use wool and azo-free dyes, and recycle scraps.
