Fair Trade

These colorful stuffed snowflake ornaments are handmade in Peru of felted sheep's wool and yarn. Each one is intricately embroidered by hand, and no two are alike. Proceeds from the sale of these ornaments benefit the communities where the artisans live, and provide housing, clothing, food, and medicine.

Each ornament is handmade and unique (just like real snowflakes!) We show a representative selection here, but the ones you receive could be different.

About Ornaments4Orphans

Scott and Jamie Laslo founded Ornaments4Orphans after a trip to Uganda while they were in college. Struck by the lack of development and poverty they saw, they formed Ornaments4Orphans as a non-profit organization to support a school and small orphanage in Uganda. Ornaments4Orphans now sells handmade products by artisans in Kenya, Uganda, Peru, and Nepal. All proceeds are invested back into the communities where the artisans live.

Ornaments4Orphans is a member of the Fair Trade Federation. Your purchase provides housing, clothing, food, and medication in East Africa and around the world.
