Crafted at a local manufacturing plant in South Africa, Painted Candles: Carousel is a stunning collection, meticulously hand-painted by skilled artisans. This small factory, located in the village of Bredasdorp, was created with the purpose of providing economic relief to its employees, 90% of whom are hardworking women, including many single mothers.
