Outstanding in terms of color and composition, Georgia O’Keeffe’s flower paintings had a remarkable and expressive sensitivity which shocked both critics and the public. Embracing Modernism, O’Keeffe forged her own path, achieving tremendous impact without needing to draw attention to it. Her experimentation with abstraction and color made her style unique and powerful. O’Keeffe lived to 98 and left behind over 2,000 works, firmly cementing her legacy in American art. This calendar contains 12 of her vibrant floral paintings.
