Irene and Xenia
Sandra Miller, the artist behind Irene and Xenia, has been passionate about crafting for as long as she can remember, exploring everything from crochet to cross-stitch before discovering her true love—jewelry design—more than 15 years ago. From her studio in historic Doylestown, Pennsylvania, she creates one-of-a-kind pieces using metalwork, gemstone stringing, wire wrapping, and most recently, polymer clay. Largely self-taught, she has also trained with renowned jewelers Kieu Pham Gray and Connie Fox. Her designs have been featured in 101 Bracelets, Necklaces and Earrings and Stringing Magazine and have even appeared on television and in celebrity swag bags at the Academy Awards and MTV Music Awards. When not in her studio, she teaches middle school math, finding inspiration for her jewelry in nature, art, and artisan-made components.
