Processing Time
Orders are usually fulfilled seven days a week, and shipped on the next business day. Exceptions occur for holidays and in rare cases when staff is temporarily not available. Items in stock are generally prepared for shipment as soon as an order is received. If your order is time-sensitive, please let us know in the order notes at checkout.
Shipping Delays
The global COVID-19 pandemic has caused delays in shipping worldwide due to transportation bottlenecks and lowered staffing levels with carriers and delivery services. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Whenever possible, we provide tracking numbers to you at the time of shipment.
If an item in your order is not available for immediate shipping for any reason, we will attempt to contact you regarding the order.

Damages in Shipment
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during shipment, please save all packaging materials and damaged items and contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to send 2 photographs showing the damaged packaging, and the damaged item(s). No adjustments or refunds will be processed in the absence of documentation.
Shipping Fees
We understand that shipping can be expensive. Our shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your package, the distance it has to travel, and the carrier. We do offer free Local Pickup at the museum as an alternative to shipping. Free shipping (when offered) is available on qualifying orders only.
International Fees
All items on this website are offered DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Orders for delivery outside the United States may be subject to import duty, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other fees associated with importing goods into your region. Each country has its own rules and regulations, and we cannot estimate the taxes or duty for you. Payment of fees is the buyer's responsibility, and we encourage you to check with your local customs authority prior to ordering. Packages refused for delivery, or undelivered/abandoned because the fees were not paid are not returned to the seller, and no refunds will be issued.
Local Pickup
You may pick up your order at the Chrysler Museum Shop in Norfolk, Virginia, by choosing the free Local Pickup option instead of Shipping during checkout. Once your order has been prepared for pickup, you will receive notification and pickup instructions. Pick up is available only during the normal operating hours of the Museum. Please plan to pick up your order in a timely fashion. Orders left for more than 30 days are considered abandoned, and may be disposed of.
