Paul McCartney's masterpieces, usually penned with John Lennon in The Beatles era, are well-known worldwide. Now, this collection looks closer at 50 of the works he's produced since the split of the Fab Four, in a five-decade career, in Paul McCartney: The Stories Behind 50 Classic Songs.

Paul McCartney is a pop sensation, a revolutionary innovator, and an esteemed music figure. This book dives into 50 of the most iconic tunes from his expansive discography and chronicles fifty years of groundbreaking music from this legendary artist.

Each track features complete account data, performer lists, and chart info, explored in-depth - from original spark to finished product. Inspirational words from session musicians, recording staff (and guest luminaries like Stevie Wonder, Elvis Costello, and Kanye West) bring each song to life, plus stacks of related pics, both inside and outside the studio.
