Founded by mother-daughter duo Jan Hartman and Lindsay Hagerman, Pennsylvania-based RainCaper® launched in 2016. Designer Jan ran a destination retail store where she and daughter Lindsay offered distinctive gifts and accessories for 24 years.

The Accent by RainCaper ® Fine Art Collection reflects Jan’s love of the arts (she and her husband Jim are avid art collectors); it makes Jan especially happy to see how art resonates with people and watch as their love of art translates into an appreciation and desire for the Accent by RainCaper® Fine Art Collection.
